Engage and Enjoy

Our Life Enrichment team organizes a wide range of activities for residents, including outings, fitness programs, games and social get-togethers. A calendar of events is posted at the beginning of every month, and residents select which activities they would like to pursue.

A typical month includes: 

• Large seasonal events
• Special meal programs (BBQs, teas, etc.)
• Church Services
• Intellectual activities
• Men's and Ladies' nights
• Sing-alongs and musical entertainment
• Sightseeing drives
• Outings to shops
• Baking
• Bingo
• Spa activities
• Resident Council monthly meetings 

Art in the Manor

AIM (Art in the Manor) collects and displays original artwork in both Fairview Manor and Almonte General Hospital. Original art creates a more home-like atmosphere for residents and patients, as well as for staff, volunteers and visitors. Learn more about Art in the Manor.
