Mississippi River
Health Alliance (MRHA) Launches New Unified Website
Almonte & Carleton Place, ON – The Mississippi River Health Alliance (“MRHA”)
is excited to announce the official launch of its new website, MRHA.ca, which unites the Almonte General
Hospital (“AGH”), Carleton Place District Memorial Hospital (“CPDMH”), Fairview
Manor, and Lanark County Paramedic Service (“LCPS”) into one comprehensive
online platform.
The new MRHA website aims to improve access to healthcare
information, patient resources, and hospital services for residents of Lanark
County and beyond. By uniting these healthcare facilities under one digital
roof, the MRHA site offers a seamless, user-friendly experience, providing easy
navigation and up-to-date information on all healthcare services provided by
AGH, CPDMH, Fairview Manor, and LCPS.
As part of
this launch, the new website will replace the existing websites at www.almontegeneral.com
and www.carletonplacehospital.ca,
while the website addresses for the AGH Foundation, CPDMH Foundation, and LCPS remain
unchanged.
Key Features of the New Website:
· Unified Access: All hospital services,
patient resources, employment opportunities and updates from AGH and CPDMH are
now accessible in one place.
· Improved Navigation: The site has been
designed with enhanced navigation to ensure users can easily find the
information they need.
· Mobile-Optimized: The MRHA website is
fully responsive, providing a seamless experience across all devices.
· Accessibility: Designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring
that all members of the community, including those with disabilities, can
easily use the site.
“Our goal
with the new MRHA website is to make healthcare information more accessible and
streamlined for our patients, staff, and community members,” said Brad
Harrington, MRHA President and CEO. “This unified site reflects our
commitment to improving healthcare delivery and providing an enhanced digital
experience for everyone.”
The website launch represents a significant milestone for the MRHA, further integrating the
healthcare services across the region. Visitors can now explore a wide range of
services, learn about healthcare programs, and stay informed on the latest
updates from all MRHA facilities.
