Brad was the former Vice President, Finance & Operations at Oak Valley Health, Markham Stouffville & Uxbridge hospitals. Brad is also the former Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at the Quinte Healthcare Corporation and the inaugural Chief Financial\Information Officer at the Sherbourne Health Centre in southeast Toronto. Brad has also held numerous other roles with Ontario hospitals and has consulted in an Information Systems capacity during his career.
Brad has extensive healthcare re-development experience, having played roles with the redevelopment of the Sherbourne Health Centre in southeast Toronto, the Community Health Centres in Oshawa and Belleville, Emergency and Surgical suite redevelopment in Quinte, and new hospital in Prince Edward County.
Brad has always given back to the communities in which he has worked and resided and has volunteered on numerous health care boards; including being a former Board Director with the Canadian Mental Health Association – York & Simcoe and being the Chair of the Board for Belleville Quinte West Community Health Centre and Personal Attendant Care in Whitby.
Brad has an undergraduate honours commerce degree and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Windsor. Brad is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Brad is also a certified member of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives (CHE) and a Chartered Director (C.Dir) from McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada.

Brad is a dynamic, analytical, and collaborative executive leader with over 30 years experience successfully leading finance, administrative and corporate support functions in diverse, multi-site healthcare organizations.
Brad has executive experience in Ontario hospitals in numerous roles including VP & CFO or equivalent with Arnprior Regional Health, Norfolk General & West Haldimand Hospital, Campbellford Memorial Hospital and Peterborough Regional Health Centre. His most recent experience in large-scale strategic planning and development has been Arnprior Regional Health’s new nursing home, a 96-bed facility. This included the development of a Master Site Plan for the facility’s Senior’s Village, Senior’s Active Living Centre, and Men’s Shed. He also implemented a multi-year IT infrastructure improvement plan to meet the evolving needs of capacity, security, and virtual care at Arnprior Regional Health. Brad joined the MRHA as VP& CFO in August 2024.
Brad holds a Master of Business Administration and FCPA/ FCMA designations, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics.
At MRHA, Brad is dedicated to advancing the organization’s strategic objectives through expert financial stewardship and dynamic leadership.

Lianne has demonstrated progressive leadership in the nursing profession over a 35-year career. Her experience in a variety of health care roles from the front-line across long-term care and culminating in executive leadership roles has brought a wealth of mentoring and change management support to all team members. Lianne believes in growing talent and expertise from within and has supported many new young leaders. Lianne takes pride in her values of high-quality safe patient/resident care, accountability, teamwork and dedication.
Lianne graduated from Algonquin College Pembroke with a diploma in nursing in 1989. One of her mentors encouraged further education and Lianne took that advice, completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lakehead University in 2004. Finally, Lianne completed a Master of Nursing from Athabasca University in 2012.
Lianne grew up in the Ottawa Valley and after a stint in Northern Ontario she moved ‘home’. Her son has migrated back to the north and her daughter and husband live locally. Anyone who knows Lianne appreciates her love of golf!

Sarah brings over 15 years of progressive human resources leadership experience to MRHA, with experience in healthcare organizations in the Ottawa region as well as in the private sector. She holds her Masters in Industrial Relations from Queens University, Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Certified Human Resources Leader designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association.
Sarah joined the MRHA team in 2022. She provides leadership oversight of the Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, Infection Prevention & Control, and Diagnostic Imaging departments. She is an advocate for the creation of healthy work environments, supporting employee well-being and fostering inclusion, all of which are key factors in providing quality health care for patients.
Sarah is proud to be a part of the MRHA team, providing healthcare to the residents of Lanark County which include her extended family. She lives in Ottawa with her husband, son and Mountain Cur hound, Tigger.

Dr. Allyson Champagne was born and raised in Kingston, ON. She attended Medical school at McMaster, and completed her residency (Family med/anesthesia) at Queen's University.
Dr. Champagne has worked in Kingston, Napanee, Yellowknife and Carleton Place for the last 19 years. Dr. Champagne has a family practice in Carleton Place and is also the Chief of Staff and Chief of Anaesthesia at the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Champagne is married to Mark and they have 3 boys.

Dr Melanie Fortune is a family physician who cares for patients in hospital and in the community. She attended medical school at McMaster University and then completed her residency at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, focusing on rural care and obstetrics.
Prior to her medical training, Dr Fortune's background included public health research, policy and programming work within governmental and non-profit organizations. She has a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology.
Having grown up here and raising her young family here now, Almonte is a special place to her. She started her family practice here in 2021. She was previously Physician Lead for the Family Medicine Obstetrics program at AGH and began her role of the AGH Medical Chief of Staff as of July 2024.
